                Diy: Ombre Nails

Ombre nails are the new top type of painting your nails!  LETS GET STARTED!!!

SUPPLIES:
-two colors of nail polish
-wedge(sponge)
-cuticle stick
-paper plate
-top coat(clear nail polish)
-sparkles(optional)

First you want to take the color you want to start at the cuticle and use it as a base coat.

Then take both colors and put some on the paper plate and take the cuticle stick to mix the point where the two colors meet.
Ombre Nails Nail Art Tutorial After you do that, take your wedge(sponge) and dab the nail polish on it, but don't put much.

To transfer the ombre design press the wedge onto your nail.  Don't worry if the nail polish gets on your nail because you can use nail polish remover.

Fun ideas:
-add some sparkles to the area where the second color is.

Wait till it drys and then put on the top coat.

I put lots of pics to show that you can do your nails in many ways.
For more designs look below.
(I got all the pics from Google because i don't want to spend more time on making designs)

Good luck on choosing! Remember that there are many more designs to do.

Manicures

                             Manicures!

Manicures are fun and easy to do.  This will fill your time and is great to do with friends.
                          Supplies needed:
warm water
nail polish remover
nail polish
nail file
cuticle remover
cuticle stick
                                               moisturizer
                                             nail brush

    1. remove any dirt and nail polish with your nail polish remover.this is important because your nails will grow well if they are clean.
    2. then, soak your nails in warm water for 5-10 minutes. don't leave your nails in to long or your nails will become dried out.
    3. after you've finished, take some cuticle remover and rub it over your cuticles and wait a minute.
    4. next, use the cuticle stick to move your cuticles back until you can see the half circle. if it won't go back that far leave it where it is and remove the chemicals from the cuticle remover with more nail polish remover.
    5. Use a nail file to smooth the edges of your nails.  Stroke in one direction to get a better finished.
    6. use the nail brush (if you have one) to brush more dirt off even if you can't see any and any nail dust from filing it down.
    7. apply some moisturizer to your hands
    8. finally, do a pretty design on your nails to reward you for doing so well.
    Here's my finished product!

     Congrats! Your nails look Fabulous!!!!

    Barefoot Sandals

            Diy: Barefoot Sandals

Ever want a fancy piece of jewelry, but couldn't afford it?
This is a fun fun project for kids and adults.  Bare foot sandals a simple and beautiful, so lets begin!
These is my barefoot sandals for example.

    • First get elastic string for any crafts store.  5 mm is great to use and is cheap to buy.

Get one string the length of 30 in. to use for on foot.

    • Second clip one end of the string so that when yo put beads, they won't fall off.  You can clip it to a clip board if you don't have anything else.
    • Then get approximately 30 seed beads and put them on the string in any pattern.  Make sure they are small enough no to dig into your skin and big enough to see.
    • To finish that off wrap that around your second toe.  If it has too many beads, take some off, but if it doesn't have enough beads put more on. Next move the beads to the middle of the string and tie a double knot to secure the beads together.

    • Next, hold the strings together and put a pattern of bead on both strings.  Once you've finished that pattern tie another double knot.  In the photo below that is my pattern for the top of the foot.

The rest of the string is for your ankle so make sure you have enough small beads.
    • Fun idea- For the ankle, put dangling charms.
    • Make the design completely around the ankle or make it only part of the ankle.

I'm making my so it looks as if there isn't even a string holding it to my ankle.
    • After you've finished the pattern for the ankle tie the strings together and cut off the excess string.
This is my finished product for one of my barefoot sandals.

Now Have Fun Making The Other!!!!! Good Luck
